On The Improvement Of Chinese Juridical Educational And Training System

With the development of carrying out the strategy of governing by laws, judges, the main force in juridical construction process, has played an increasingly important role in protecting and promoting social unity and solidity. As the expectation of both society and citizens soaring during these days, it is necessary to redeem sacred duty and promote professional quality, conscience and abilities of a judge. However, the promotion of those aspects is very difficult to achieve and the acquisition must go through a long period of efficiently and professionally strict cultivation. Also, it's the key point of this educational and training project. This paper aims to analyze the vital value of professional juridical educational and training project in boosting the quality of governing by laws, promoting the occupational construction and nourishing of judicatory philosophies. Also, the paper has compared and consulted relevant system both home and abroad in the perspectives of categories, goals and means, concerning the present being of juridical educational and training system in our country, meanwhile pointing out the insufficient frequency, unbalanced quality and quantity of educational and training knowledge and skills of training process with its restraint educational and training means and incomplete estimation system. This paper especially puts forward some suggestions for the druidical educational and training system, such as enhancing professional education and training, perfecting the running ways of organization and establishing a series of relevant reforming system and regulating rules, etc. to contribute to the juridical construction by system enhance and modal innovation.This paper has been divided into four chapters. Chapter one briefly talks about the modern international juridical educational and training system, and introduces some information of that in countries which are in charge of the Continental Legal System or the System of Common Law.Chapter two of the current situation of education training, judge by years of work data and to national judges college and some provinces and cities and the court's investigation in China to detail the type of education training judges, institutions, organizations and management and education training contents and forms.Chapter three points out and analyzes those weaknesses mentioned in chapter two during the educational and training process, they are: inappropriate educational and training system, ambivalent educational and training targets, improper educational and training skills and impractical contexts.Chapter four provides some practical suggestions, such as improvement of educational and training system, strengthening the judge training rules and the structure of judge trainers, and maintaining the material assurance. They are specific for some specific problems facing in the work.At last, the paper tries to conclude that judge training project is of vital importance during the daily work of judicial system and must make a lot of contribution to both the construction of professional judges and the judicial basic work. Also, this historic mission will enhance our judge training system. It must be helpful in healthily developing our druidical work.
