The essential difference between humans and animals is that a person has his pursuit ofvalue and choice. The life activities of an animal and itself are directly connected, except for itsstipulated species living conditions, it doesn't know what other life world, thus animal doesn'thave any value pursuit and value selection problem. While people are different, as a kind ofpractical existence, its practical essence decides that people will never be satisfied with the statusquo and existing world, and must pursue their ideal and ideal world, thus value and its valueseducation problem occur. But, what is value? And people should seek what kind of value? Andpeople how to choose and determine their ideal and value goals? To these problems, differentpeople can often make varied or even opposite answer and interpretation.Education in people's values plays an important role in the process, teenagers stage ishuman values is the key period for forming, therefore, how in today's multicultural background,continue to adhere to the Marxist values as the guide, innovation, the method of cultivatingteenagers values education workers are teenagers values of these challenges.This paper expounded in full of Marxist values based on the connotation and characteristics,documentary analysis, comparison analysis and inductive analysis and other methods to cultivateteenagers values was summarized, and then analyze what progress we have made and theexisting shortcomings. Such as the education subject and education object do not form asufficient force, as the leading Marxist values do not take absolute command status, the currenteducation system deviates from its true meaning and the traditional methods to cultivate youthvalue fail to advance with the times, leading that the current function of values education foryoung people has not been fully and effectively to play, there is "no personality", " No master"nature," no place "and" inefficient "and other issues, these, from another angle, indicate theimportance and urgency of the development of innovative methods.From the perspective of value cultivation, clear educational objectives and thecorresponding educational content and problems, but constitutes a necessary condition for thevalues of training activities, another key factor is based on the objectives and content system,select the values of culture methods suitable to form the real values of training process. Becausemethod is an indispensable mean to complete the task or to achieve the expected target. Through describing the guiding ideology of Marxism and combing the traditional method of trainingvalues, This paper explains the Marxist guiding ideology and combed the cultivation of thetraditional method, and values of respect and need proposed system are the starting point, theselective values training process - the practice of life training, open cultivating specificationsubjective adapt and daily behavior -to the training mode of innovation such as self-consciouslyfor teenagers, cultivation method provides a new training work values theories and methods forreference.
