Research On The Cultivation Of New Peasants In The New Rural Construction

Marxism discussed about the education on farmers on the early, the successors to Marxism constantly enrich and improve the Marxism discussion of education for farmers.The thought of new farmers is the important part of Marxism of contemporary China, and plays the important role in building socialist new countryside .However, our farmers'ideological and moral quality,scientific and cultural quality,the quality of management have not yet to meet the requirement of building a new socialist countryside. Therefore , the cultivation of new farmers is particularly important.This part make use of the basic principles of Marxism about the education of peasant ,with the empirical combining normative method,theory combining practice methods to analyze the cultivation of the new farmers. The article emphasizes the important of nurturing new farmers to start ,by analyzing Yong Cheng city's achievements and problems in the process of cultivating new farmers ,on basis of above ,this article further generalize the measures that our countryside should take to foster new farmers.The subject of this article consists of three parts:Part I, the main idea :The thought of new farmers is the important part of Marxism of contemporary China , the cultivating new farmers has important significance in the new rural construction.Part II, the main idea :First of all, from the farmer's ideological and moral quality,scientific and cultural quality,the quality of management , this paper outlines the three aspects of improvement performance in this quality , ideological and moral quality of the farmers need to be improveds,scientific,cultural quality have not yet meeting the level of economic development and the management quality need to be improved ,from the above three aspects, this article summarize the farmers'inadequate . Second , from the aspects of the history,culture and traditional value,education,urban-rural economic structure , this paper analyze three factors that restrict farmers to improve quality. Finally, the demonstration effect of rural party members increase,vocational education has made progress,the overall quality of farmers have been improved and rural agents have been expanded steadily,from the above four aspects this paper summarizes the achievements of cultivating farmers .and then, from the grassroots quality of its members needing to being improved,new farmers'cultivate management mechanism not being suitable and new farmers cultivating method ,from three aspects ,the article outline the problem of cultivating new farmers.Part III, the main idea :As for the problem in the cultivation of new peasants in new rural construction,from to further improve the overall quality of farmers,from to further improve the mechanism construction of new farmers cultivating,from to further broaden the channels for new farmers cultivating ,this article discusses the methods to cultivate new farmers.
