The Development Of Marxist Theory Of Human Rights In China

Human rights is the product of the progress of human society,and the emergence of the ideas and theories of human rights Prominently marked the progress of human society and civilization. Fully realizing and enjoying the human rights is the common ideal and objective pursued by all human beings. Nowadays"Human Rights"has developed newly and widely influenced from theory to practice,but the understanding of human rights is different in different rules and different country. Marx's thought of human rights is the most important part of Marxism, which is a fruitful theory treasure-house.This paper describes the concept of human rights and fundamental characteristics, describes the evolution of Marx's theory of human rights, basic content. This essay analyzes the significance of the human rights in the peaceful and developing days research of Marx's thought of human rights. Analyzing and comparing the ideas and theories of human rights by Chinese leaders Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao. This paper also expounds how Chinese government and people combine the universal principles of human rights with China's actual conditions as well as the great efforts they've made when promoting and protecting the human rights of Chinese people in politics, economy, culture, legal system,social environment and etc since the beginning of reform and opening up policy. Researching deeply in the process of adapting Marxism to conditions in China,some basic laws can be found. In the paper the author presents the splendid achievements China has made in the development and protection of human rights of collective and individuals,especially the human rights of women, children and the handicapped in the aspect of collective and the rights of existence, the rights of development,civil rights,political rights,economic rights,social rights and cultural rights,etc in individuals. In the end of article, analizing the Marxist theory of human rights in modern China's development and how to break an analysis, mainly from the perfect theoretical system of human rights, improve the socialist market economic system, improve the legal protection of human rights, promote civic awareness of human rights and the strengthening of international exchange of human rights issues co-operation in these five areas to be demonstrated.Recently,western scholars put forward some ideas about"human rights without country","human rights above sovereignty",and Humanitarian Intervention,which helps human rights to be the foreign policy of capitalism country and the tool to spread the value and ideology through the world. Under this condition,it is more important to intensify the research and publicity of Marx's thought of human rights promote the knowledge of international human rights conflict's essence,advance the ability of identifying the right or wrong to theory of human rights, and follow the people-oriented principle, in order to construct harmonious society well.
