The founding of the People's Republic of china, marking the Chinese CommunistParty changed from a revolutionary party to the ruling party that leading state powerand national construction, began to lead the people for building a socialist modernizedcountry. From The People's Republic of China in 1949 to the period of theestablishment of the socialist revolution and construction in 1978 to well-off societynow, the Chinese Communist Party get the experience of governing the country intheory and practice and have the positive results though arduous exploration, while, inthe exploration process, is also quite a few detours, suffered setbacks.
