China Citizens' Right Of Health And Its Protection

As an important human rights, the right of health was specific prescribed and safeguard by many international law documents ,mean while, the right of health as a very important constitutional right, it is also prescribed in many countries' constitutional provisions .So we can learn, in human survival and development, the right of health are very significant. This paper based on the concept of the right of health, character, content, its historical evolution, and the actual situation of protection of the right of health in our country, then, identify the current health of our citizens the right to protection, pose a series of problems, and on this raised related Improvement.This article consists of four parts, the first chapter on the existing health and comparative analysis of the right to health, and gradually obtained the right to health concepts, characteristics, and its main content. Chapter two established the right of health in the study based on the historical background, clearly listed out the countries citizens were guaranteed the right to health is the legal standard. Based on actual situation of our citizens' right of health , Chapter three, on the one hand, confirm the achievements in protecting our citizens' right of health ,on the other hand, it point out that, due to various factors, there are still some problems in the protection of China's citizens' right of health. In chapter four ,this paper promote a series of measures to improve the protection of china's citizens' right of health, from three aspects--the improvement of legislation, rule, promote health of our citizens the right to protection measures at this stage to protect our citizens right to health problems, from improving legislation, improving the specific system and relief system to improve its three aspects.
