Healthy development is essential to human survival. Based on the concept of the right to health, and described the content of the right to health and legal protection of international comparison, pointing out that the current legal protection of the right to health problems and made recommendations.This six chapters. The first chapter on the significance of this background, research methods, innovations are described. The second chapter on various versions of the summary, were discussed in detail the concept of health and the concept of the right to health, content, and compared with some of the basic human rights. The third chapter discusses the international level the legal protection of the right to health. The fourth chapter discusses the legal protection of the right to health status, and made protection of the right to health problems. Chapter for the protection of the right to health problems, from the improvement of legislation, the specific system of legal remedies to build and improve the three aspects of the legal protection of our right to health, the basic idea of the system.
