The Research Of Police Defence

This paper analyzed the problems often occur when policeperforming their duties, particularly in the prevention, suppression ofcrime and the exercise of the police defense. On the one hand, somepolice carrying out their duties use excessive force, misuse of weapons,violate the legitimate rights and interests of others and created a badinfluence in the community; On the other hand, some police dare not touse weapons to protect victims' rights effectively and even cannotguarantee their own security.By building a clear and specific police defense system so that thepolice have a more clear understanding of their own power, responsibilityand obligation. Thereby reducing the occurrence of abuse of power andprovide an accurate and clear identified criteria for the judicial practice ofcasualties caused by the police's performance of their duties.
