A Design And Development Of General Office Platform Of CSCW-based Political Organs

Great emphasis has been laid on the advancement of the automation construction of political organs by chief leaders in the General Political Department and political organs. However, there is no substantial progress and breakthrough on the construction of the system till today. To develop collaborative office platform and to improve the quality, efficiency and the intellectualization standards of office work is of remarkable help to accelerate automation construction of political organs, and is also a requirement for the political work of PLA to respond actively to information age and complete the mission of modernization. After reviewing the development of the automation construction of PLA political organs,this thesis makes an analysis of the characteristics and needs of the automation construction of PLA political organs, and provides a description of how political organs based on CSCW office general model is designed and developed. This study first probe into the platform structure, user interface, primary function modules and the problems in the realization of collaborative office work, and then proposes a series of constructive suggestions to solve the problems. It has theoretical and practical significance in promoting the political authority of office automation construction.
