| Gongjing Industrial Park is an important enterprise concentration Park in Zigong City.With the increase of the number of enterprises in the park,the Internet-based collaborative government enterprise office platform is of great significance to improve the level of enterprise work management,reduce the labor intensity of employees,ease the pressure and workload of enterprise operation.At the same time,combined with the latest development of computer and information technology,the construction of paperless,information-based,collaborative new office mode has become a new trend of enterprise work management mode.In this paper,on the basis of defining the requirements of Gongjing Industrial Park office automation management system,clear all its business processes,develop and design a collaborative government enterprise office platform based on B / S structure.The main design contents are as follows.1.Define the business requirements of the work management of the park,analyze the feasibility and scientificity of the safety and economic performance involved in the system,and put forward the corresponding basic functional requirements.The overall planning of the collaborative government affairs office platform is carried out,and the planning mode based on B/S three-tier architecture is proposed.2,put forward detailed design plan.It includes transaction flow planning,security planning and so on.In the design process of the system,the use of,and other technologies to complete the design of enterprise work automation management system.Aiming at document processing and combining with the particularity of enterprise workflow,this paper puts forward concrete design ideas to prevent the possibility of conflict in the process.At present,the collaborative government office system has been used in the management of the park.The application results show that the system runs well,not only reduces a large number of traditional cumbersome manual operations,but also improves the work level of the park. |
