On The Protection Of The Right Of Human Dignity

China's current Constitution, Article 38 stipulates: "The citizens'personal dignity of. the Republic of China can not be inviolated ". This is the first time of our Constitution clearly protects the civic dignity , suppled and extended the citizens dignity and rights. Although our constitutional formulated the human's dignity right and also have taken active policy to ensure it, there are still many problems existed. In this paper, I take the Miss Shenzhen paraded in 2006 case for the research, discussed the provisions of human dignity in some international conventions and some country's Constitution's text, learning the way from Germany and Japan, elaborating lack of legislation in China on protecting the process and problems, and finally proposed a perfect way for how to protecting the human's dignity right in China.
