Research In The Spokesperson System Of The Chinese Government

News briefing and spokesperson system have been set up formally by Chinese government for 28 years since 1983. Spokesperson system serve as a bridge for communication betweeen the goverment and the public,and which provides the link,through the latter,enhances public and government understanding each other. It also play an important roal in safeguarding the right to know,making the government affairs known to the public.In different historical periods and background Spokesperson system is given different responsibilities.Today,in transitional China,the spokesperson system confront challenge because the politic,economic&culture transition,and the inner the idea of government adminiatration,the public's desire for right etc.In this text,we define the concept of spokerperson of government,summaries the origin and development track of the spokesperson system combined with the background. We choose 2 important milestone incent to analysis of Chinese government spokersperson system .The 1st case is news briefing in 2003SARS,by Lasswell's 5W moder;the 2ed case is the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake,from the vision of Agend Set Theroy ,we study the news briefing and spokersperson system.At last we try to give suggestion and advice to Chinese government system.
