Finally, constructing China's legal regulating system of government participation behavior, there are may problems of our country government involvement in the legal system, layout and structure, management system and antitrust regulation, state-owned assets supervision and monopoly industry market access, needing to through the ways of perfecting the legal system, optimizing through the layout and structure, perfecting regulation system, strengthening the antitrust regulation and reconstructing the legal status, relaxation monopoly industry into the control to constructing government participation behavior of the legalization of countermeasures.
