| Article 129 of the Constitution provides:People's Procuratorate of the People's Republic of China is our nation's legal supervision organ.Article 8 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of China provides: People's Procuratorate exercise legal supervision over criminal proceedings. The law grants the People's Procuratorate the rights to excecute criminal proceedings supervisory powers and the law also determines it is China's legal supervision organ. Regulated by our nation's related law, the People's Procuratorate's legal supervision power mainly include placing a case on file supervision ,investigation supervision,judicial supervision,criminal judgements and rulings supervision,judicial supervision,implementation supervision.It is our nation that gives the People's Procuratorate the legal supervision right,thus national law can be implemented correctly. Furthermore, the People's Procuratorate's legal supervision can guarantee the effective use of law by all national office. |
