Study On Legal Issues Of RMB Internationalization Under IMF Framework

With the high speed development of China's economy and synthetic power, close concern of china's high rank policy makers and domestic theoretic circle are paid to the RMB's internationalization. And research on RMB's internationalization has become the frontier science.While the voice of reforming IMF is rising, China's monetary and financial system is undergoing significant changes. With the economic development of China, RMB is marching toward internationalization after RMB has achieved free convertibility under current account. The issue regarding Internationalization of RMB has draw wide range concern. It is undeniable that RMB's internationalization will bring many benefits to our country. But we need to pay close attention to the problem that whether RMB's internationalization will bring huge impact on China's economy while international financial and monetary system is not stable today.
