Researches On Statistics Of China's Tourism Employment

Recent years, the tourism industry is widely considered to be one of the major industries which have great potential in employment and can ease the pressure of unemployment. But because of the statistical problems, whether the tourism industry can provide many jobs for people or not still needs further lesearch. This paper's purpose is just to theoretically analyse the existing problems and provide a certain solution according to the weakness of the real work and relatec researches, and hope that it can be helpful to the realistic statistical work and catch experts and scholars' attention.Using the method of from selecting a problem, analysing it, providing a solution, testing it to giving advices, this paper researches in the following aspects:Chapter 1 tells this paper's researching background, the reasons why selects this subject, the overall framework and the using methods. Chaper 2 analyses the existing statistical problems of our country's tourism employment from statistical range aspect and statistical indexes aspect and points their disadvantageous results. Chapter 3 analyses the types and layers of tourism employment and then gives the statistical range and methods of 3 types. Chapter 4 establishes the statistical index system of our country's tourism employment from the quantity and quality aspects under certain principles. Chapter 5 is a case study. After selecting one tourism corporation, collecting some data and analysing, problems of the solution are pointed and fixed. Chapter 6 gives some advices to assure the implementation and points some aspects which can be further studied.The innovations of this paper are embodied in clearly giving the statistical range of several kinds of tourism employment types and establishing the statistical index system for tourism direct employment. These are valuable for not noly the macroscopic statistical work of the government but also the microscopic record of tourism corporation's employment.As the statistical work of tourism employment is the premise of researching other related tourism employment problems, the research of this paper is a basic research on a certain degree. Researches on the contribution, effect, capacity and potential of tourism employment are much more realistic and practical than this paper and deserve more attention and researching from experts and scholars.
