Statistical Method Researching To Various Economic Compositions Under The New Situation

With the establishment of the socialism market economy system of China, various economic compositions are developing rapidly. The economic type has changed from the single public ownership of the past into such forms as state-run, collective, joint-venture , cooperation , share etc,which coexist . At the same time the public organization and individual's information demand for various economic compositions increase unprecedented.But a lot of areas have not designed the special statistics system right against various economic compositions ,which lead to the statistical method of various economic compositions is very imperfect and the statistics quality of various economic compositions is very difficult to guarantee .So it is particularly important to study the statistical method on various economic compositions.There are few research results about the statistical method of various economic compositions at present, and they are concentrated on the suggestions of the square reform mainly but not putting forward the application of concrete statistical method to counting. This paper has analyzed the criteria for classification of the new economic compositions at first, define various economic compositions, put forward the suggestion to design statistics system of various economic compositions. Then combine the design principle and condition of statistical index and design the statistical index of privately owned economic system which is very easy to understand and report, and design the statistical index of foreign businessman economic which combine financial and statistics. Then describe the necessity of launching the sample investigation and counting under the new situation after analyzing the limitation of traditional statistical report form. Then regard Changsha as survey and study target and provide reunited sampling. And provide total index estimation formula and error calculation formula of reunited sampling, and has expounded the application of Statistics calculation in various economic compositions statistics by example. Finally, carried on research to the quality management system of the statistics various economic compositions, structure statistics quality evaluation system of various economic compositions and put forward the corresponding suggestion to various economic compositions security system of quality of economic mainly.
