Study On Land Space Use And Land Use Degree Evaluation

With the course of industrialization and urbanization increasingly accelerating, the contradiction between man and the earth is more and more evident. In order to not only meet the need of constructive land for society development, but also meet the need of food for people living and insure state grain safety, it is very necessary to make research on land space use. Guided by the notion of land space use,the research on land use degree evaluation provides the important reference for us to all-aroundly grasp the state of land space resources use. It is very significant to guide the land sustainable use and society and economy development.At first, this paper analyzed all the factors affecting land space use. Then, as the case of Quzhou County of Hebei Province and thirty one regions in China, with GIS supporting and statistics data collected, we comprehensively evaluated regional land use degree by factor analysis method and evaluated the urban land use degree by mathematical model method. The result as follows:(1) From 1985 to 2000, land use degree in Quzhou County of Hebei Province was greatly increased. Land use degree in the east-middle and west was higher than in the south and south-east. Nature,socity,economy,location character,technology and value notion are the important drivers of land use degree. It is a type of intermediate coordinated development and economy-lagged, and the level of society-economy development is in perfect harmony with the quality of entironment of land use in Quzhou county. But the level of land use integrative benefit is low, society-economy benefit is lagged appreciably, compared with entironment benefit. Then we may choose span-development mode of land use in Quzhou.(2) From 1996 to 2002,urban land use degree had been on the increasing trend as a whole. Urban land use degree in the east had been higher than in middle and west part of China. And the difference of urban land use degree amony thirty provinces or regions had been gradually reduced. It had been close relation between urban land use degree and per GDP, population density in built-up, investment in fixed assets in unit land area. At last,we made the urban land use degree predicion from 2005 to 2010 by using grey system predicion mode,the accuracy is good or eligible. From 1996 to 2002, urban land use intensity had been increasing in most of provinces and had been decreasing in ten regions. Urban land use intensity was descending sharply from the east, the middle to the west part of China. Population change was the unique and the most active driving force while the policy, economy and technical factors were the most important external driving forces.(3) From 1996 to 2002(except 2001) urban land use degree had been on the decreasing trend as a whole. In 2001, urban land use had been on the best state, but compared with 2001,it had decreased greatly in 2002.
