With the develop of Internet technology and information technology, traditional resources of enterprises such as quality and price of product can't bring new competitive power to enterprise in fierce market competition. And clients will become the most important resources of enterprises. CRM (Customer Relationship Management), is a kind of management concept regarding clients as the focus of management. Tough in recent years the idea of employee and the client service has made great process of GL telecom company. At the same time there are also many problems in the administration of Important Client Management, Call center and Client Manager system. GL telecom company is facing fierce market competitions from domestic and abroad this days .Under these circumstances ,how to convert the pressure to innovation power is vital for its further development .With more emphasis on CRM ,the dissertation will try to put forward to strategic target and implement proposal for GL's CRM strategy.The dissertation is composed of four chapters .Chapter 1 introduces GL's historic development and analyzes the opportunities and challenges.
