With the development of Internet technology and information technology,traditional resources of enterprise such as quality and price of products can't bring new competitive power to enterprises in fierce market competition.And clients will become the most important resources of enterprises. CRM(Customer Relationship Management),is a kind of management concept regarding clients as the focus of management.Nowdays,YangZhou telecom company is facing fierce marked competitions from demestic and abroad.Under these circumstances,how to convert the pressure to innovation power is vital for its further development. With more emphasis on CRM,the dissertation will try to put forward to a strategic target and implement proposal for YangZhou's CRM strategy.The dissertation is composed of five chapters. Chapter 1 intrduces YangZhou's historic development and analyzes the opportunities and challenges.Chapter 2 gives the concept,content and characteristics of CRM.Chapter 3 discusses the advantages and disadvantages,the external presure and internal conditions for YangZhou's CRM in today's competition environment.Inchapter 4 strategic target and the relevant means of implementation for the company CRM will be proposed and stated respectively in various aspects.Chapter 5 will do some researches and thinks on a few key issues related to the company CRM practices.
