Study On The Problem Of The Investment Environment Competitiveness In Chongqing

This thesis is research about investment environment competitiveness problem in Chongqing. At first, it brings forward the conception of the urban investment environment competitiveness based on relative theories. Then the assessment frame of the basic competitiveness of urban investment environment is provided. After this, the basic competitiveness and special competitiveness of investment environment in Chongqing are valued and analyzed respectively. On the basis of it, the present situations, problems, causes, which resulted in problems and negative effects of investment environment competitiveness in Chongqing, are studied. Finally, some measures are suggested. The main conclusions and policies are as follows:一, conclusions1 , The basic competitiveness of investment environment in Chongqing only lead Wuhan and Chengdu slightly, but dose not show obvious competition advantage . Wuhan and Chengdu are both the cities representative with good investment environment and strong economic strength at the central and west regions, so the basic competitiveness of investment environment in Chongqing can be thought in a leading position among the cities in Midwest. But compared Shanghai, the engine of China's economy, the basic competitiveness of investment environment in Chongqing is still inferior greatly. The environmental competitiveness of goods circulation, scientific research, communication in Chongqing are all at the last rank among four cities; the environmental competitiveness of opening ranks the third place; the environmental competitiveness of municipal facility, market, finance rank the second place separately. Meanwhile, the environment competitiveness of natural position and policy in Chongqing is advantaged.2, The environmental competitiveness of goods circulation in Chongqing is relatively weak. The rotation volume of goods transport is on the low side; water transport and aviation traffic volume are low in proportion; the development of the information system is slower; and the people familiar with operation management and design are scarce. Chongqing is a manufacturing city, but the high cost of goods circulation becomes to prevent Chongqing accepting manufacturing shift, and jeopardize to the investment inflow.
