Study Of Land-Use Planning Management Information System At County Level Based On GIS

With the rapid development of social economy and the construction of towns in ourcountry, the plantation is reduced year after year, otherwise the demand fornon-agricultural construction land is increasing, so that the conflicts of land supply anddemand is gradually growing. The land supply becomes one of the main constraints toeconomic development. Therefore we should manage and utilize the land scientificallyand connot leave the land utility goes as it used to be. Overall land-use planning and itsmanagement become more and more important as the powerful weapon to the implementof land-use macro-distribution and land-use regulation. It is meaningful to build theperfect overall land-use planning management information system in county in order topromote the scientific level of the overall land-use planning, improve the efficiency ofdaily work, strengthen the criterion of land-use planning management. The application ofthe GIS technique to the overall land-use planning effectively promote the informationand scientific level of the planning management.In the paper, the detailed operation-analysis of overall land-use planningmanagement is done. Using the operation of the overall land-use planning management asmasterstroke, and taking the method of object-oriented modularization, we design a set ofoverall land-use planning management information system at County level based onGIS, which include system scheme management, assistant planning module, planningproduction management, planning operation management, special analysis and query, etc.we use MapX, the component GIS software of MapInfo Corporation, combineDelphi language as developing program and use SQL Server as the database managementflat to develop overall land-use planning management information system at County leveltaking example of Zhaoyuan planning data.
