Technique rebuild is a pivotal factor in improving enterprise's economic benefit, it is also important for enterprise to get its existence and development. Technique rebuild management plays an important role in enterprise management. Accompanying with the development of computer technology, information technology is widely used. A lot of enterprises have carried out CLMS project, built their Intranet and cultivated many staff members who know computer technology well. This can support the transmission and share of the enterprises?information. The research of this paper is based on the development of CAC-TRMS. First, this paper compares several popular methods in information system development, clarifies their advantages and disadvantages. Then, considering the developing environment, the method, which combines Structural Life-cycle method with Prototyping is adopted to develop this system. On the basis of analyzing the practical requirements of technique rebuild management in Chengdu Aircraft Corporation (CAC), the scheme of CAC-TRMS is established and the information flow of the whole system is confirmed. By using structural system design method, subsystems are divided and their functions are designed. The junction model and physical model are built, which are the basis of the database construction and software development. According to the development of CAC-TRMS, some important problems, such as system security, the design of performance optimization, and data concurrency control, are discussed at the end of this paper. The solved methods in this system can be applied in the development of other information systems.
