The Credit Risk Management Of The Electric Power Clients

It is an urgent and important issue that power supply companies are confronted with on how to evaluate the clients' credibility grades and carry out risk management in a scientific and objective way.This article aims at establishing an index system applicable for clients'credibility assessment based on the analysis of the main factors in credibility evaluation. In terms of analyzing the causes for credibility risks,this article tries to supply a pre-payment management for the risk clients for the purpose of avoidance of credibility risk in order to keep the sustainability for power companies.Methodologies in this research paper includes managerical economic and statistical theories, the combination of theoretic study and imperical research,the joint study of qualitativeness and quantitativeness and the combination of static and dynamic analysis.
