With the development of technology and the increasing competition, credit selling becomes the main selling form in place of the traditional methods. It also becomes an important way for a company to gain competitive advantages. But it certainly gives risk to a company which can been seen from its enormous receivable account. In some companies, credit risk management is out of control. Facing the receivable account problems in Da Tang Telephone Corporation, how to solve such problems becomes a critical task concerning the survival and development of the company.After introduction of the present situation of DaTang's receivable account, this paper analyzed the influences of enormous receivable account on it's operation and pointed out it's urgent and significant to solve the problem of high receivable account. Then this paper studied the reason, the process of the highly accumulated receivable account in DaTang and the problem existing in the management of receivable account, and found that the key to solve the problem of receivable account in DaTang is the adoption of credit risk management. Finally this paper analyzed the feasibility to solve the credit risk management with the theory and method of credit management in banks and think that it should under the guidance of credit risk management from the view of enterprises, using the whole process research method ,applying qualitative and quantitative analysis models, based on steps as: affirmation, control, transference and settlement of credit risk management, establish a credit management system to solve the enormous receivable account in companies.This paper try to solve the high receivable account in DaTang Telephone Corporation through research and provide references for other companies.
