Small and medium-sized enterprises play quite an important role in Gansu economy and his financing difficulty comes into being the focus. The text regards the financing question of small and medium-sized enterprises in Gansu as the main research object. Then, it points out that there are many factors causing the financing difficulty.The article analyzes the causes thoroughly from the angles of small and medium-sized enterprises itself, state commercial bank, small and medium-sized finance institution, capital market, government service system, mechanism of risk investment.The fourth part puts forward some counter measures in consideration of the real condition of small and medium-sized enterprises in Gansu.1.
