Study On The Residues Management Based On Mode Of Circular Economy

As the effective practical mode that international community propels sustainable development, circular economy emphasizes on utilizing resources effectively and protecting environment, which represents as economic increasing mode of "resources - products - recycling resources". It aims at gaining the most economy and environment benefits by the least cost and realizing waste minimization, reclamation and innocuity in the process of production and consumption. To develop circular economy is the revolution on changing economy mode, which needs the participation and promotion all over the society and should be embodied through mentality, behavior and all kinds of social economic activity. To realize circular economy, three aspects can make the material flow in closed loop by 3R principle. And the three aspects are, 1) carrying on cleaner production and reusing resources in one enterprise; 2) establishing eco-industry network among symbiosis enterprise or industry; 3) reusing of residues and resources in one area or the whole society.At present, the researching emphases of circular economy mainly focus on macro-policy, developing mode and Eco-industry Park, while the quantitative study from the enterprise's view is seldom. The thesis, based on former research, mainly includes four aspects. Firstly, it defines the concept of circular economy and discusses its mode, characteristic and principle after summarizing the existed studying conclusion. Secondly, it expounds the status and function of enterprises in developing of circular economy, and studies the content of enterprise' s green management in terms of production procedure. Thirdly, four models are established, they are one enterprise single residue minimization model, one enterprise multi-residues minimization model, equivalent industry ecosystem model and dynamic mechanism for industry ecosystem model. The first three models bases on the premise that enterprises deal with the residues to reuse conscientiously with the restriction of ethic and morality and the same time for their profit. The forth model bases on the premise that enterprises only aim at their maximizing interest instead of moral restriction. At last, brief analysis is given on the behavior of government under enterprise residues management based on circular economy mode.
