Many problems appear in the developing course of the real estate. One of them is that we emphasize the only purpose too much while ignoring the coordination and systematism. The infrastructure set to the residence is such a problem too. This becomes a focus, often reported in the newspaper, arising more and more attention. Usually infrastructure and residence were separated in researches in the past years, the integration was seldom attached much importance. With the result, the problem can not get the solution over a long period of time. So it is necessary to advance the coordination of infrastructure and residence. Only the relationship is made clearly and the developing rules are discovered, can real estate develop fast healthily and in phase.Seeing from the micro view, the coordinative relationship between them mainly manifests influence of real estate development companies the government and consumers. Residence is private goods, but infrastructure is semipublic goods. After all, who would rather to supply the infrastructure, government or the real estate companies? If the government enhances the supply of the infrastructure, its public ascends but residence price rises and the real estate's development represses. If the companies supply the infrastructure, its public descends and becomes club products. What's more, residence price will not increase so quickly and the real estate industry will develop faster and faster.The residence is so expensive for many consumers that they consider a lot of factors very carefully as purchasing. By using the consumers choice model to analyze the deciding proceeding of seeking their maximum, infrastructure is the emphasis factor. Both consumers and companies can have certain application value in consumer expectation choice model and standard model.Seeing from the macro view, there is a relationship between infrastructure and residence as a whole. The coordination degree is for describing this relationship and the opposite development degree is for showing the opposite developing speed. And so Beijing Shanghai and Guangzhou, these three typical cities were selected, analyzed by using the demonstration method. From the result we can see, coordination degree of these three cities are all at 0.00-0.40 from 1995 to 2003, this means after developing for many years ,the infrastructure and residence industry are coordinative. The opposite development degree, In the front years the infrastructure lags behind the residence, in the back years the infrastructure leads before the residence in evidence, that predicates the developing step of infrastructure is faster and faster than the residence.
