With the increasing of the income of people, more and more people hope enterprises to make individualized product according to their new living consciousness and needs. How to meet the needs effectively has been the key to the success of modern enterprises in competition. So carrying on the analysis of the individualized needs firstly is very important in practice.This thesis uses the methods of questionnaire survey and spot visit makes the research of refrigerators (their scale of individualized needs has been to 38%), and on the basis of the research at home and abroad which is analyzed at the beginning of it, I set up the three-phrase framework of individualized needs, designed the questionnaire which was proper to the evaluation of the attention of refrigerator attributes and ideal product; made the survey of 100 samples in the six districts of Tianjin, and then I analyzed the dates with CA to get the importance of attributes, and clustered according to the importance of attributes. In the process of clustering, I solved the problem in how to make sure of the best goal number of clustering; lastly, I identified the character of different kinds, and validated the validity of the three-phrase framework.
