The Research Of Guangxi Developing Recycle Economy

Since the open and reform, China's economy development mode has been featured in "mass produce, mass consume and mass abandon". Such kind of mode lead to resource wasting, destroying and demand exceeds supply; Lead to the unsupportable of environmental self-clean ability and continuously worsen of environmental quality, and then limited our country's sustainable development seriously. Therefore, we must try to explore a new industrial road, which may save resource and protect environment during the economy development. Many countries in the world have begun to develop recycle economy, have made related laws and renewed economy rules form the macroscopic environment. The recycle economy is well-developed in those countries. Since 1990s, China has introduced the recycle economy theory and made plenty of research and experimental practice. Guangxi as the undeveloped province of the western area still lasts the old liner economy development mode. Through the analysis of the increasing quality and quantity of Guangxi economy, the paper find that there exists some problems of increasing instability and bad quality of Guangxi.
