Industrial revolution is a significant issue either in theory or practice, hut in the studies based on economics, it has not been clarified clearly otherwise. In such case, this approach is to analyze the issue from the sight of philosophy of science and technology which suggests that industrial revolution is a transform of production mode which utilizing and rebuilding nature on purpose of human's needs by applying scientific principles, knowledge and technical measures.Look back to the phytogeny of human society, we can see a close relationship between scientific revolution, technical revolution and industrial revolution. The analysis of their relationship is the beginning of industrial revolution movement study and also a basic route. Scientific revolution has a leading character, it always forms as premise and foundation of technical revolution and industrial revolution, while technical revolution is the precursor of industrial revolution. But scientific revolution and technological revolution did not always arouse an industrial revolution. From scientific revolution and technological revolution to industrial revolution, there is a transition.
