There is a saying that mankind has stepped into a new era, in which nothing but information and knowledge play the leading role in economic development, and the so-called knowledge economy sees the raising of high-tech industry, and great progress and advancement have been made.Nowadays, globalization influences almost every aspect of the human society. The enterprise is facing a changeable environment, a very keen competitive situation. There're more and more competitors both from domestic and abroad. The faster the industrialization of technological findings does, the shorter the product life cycle is. Consumers can gain privileges for the first time in history since the supply goes beyond the demand. Conflicts between different nations and civilizations make things even worse. In the past industrial society, managers ran their business well by the way of low-cost, large-scale and concentration. Totally different from the elders, new entrepreneurs animate their enterprise with the help of new technology and strategic innovation. But still there are many problems in daily operating in civil companies. From time to time, they complain about the low motivated or rather betrayed staff, and their lack of energy. These problems remind us about the weaknesses existing in human resource management. For years, we pay too much attention to the cost and profits, or things like that, but seldom take serious concerns for the employees as respective individuals, seldom care for their thoughts, their attitudes and their feelings, and often ignore the influence of culture. Some kind of improvement should be made, if we still want to make further advancement. We should focus on the matters of motivation, compensation, and stock-share if it's possible, particularly the corporate culture and entrepreneurship. As to the options, due to some unexpected shortcomings in domestic stock market, I believe it will not be so essential in the near future, unless problems being solved.
