So, study on "Development of Ideological and Political Education" has emerged, so do the Function of Ideological and Political Education which is the important part of system info. But the problem is which viewpoint of vision that we have got in the past is too limited, and the culture surrounding of society is getting more openly , and it offers multistage study in this field.To study Function of Ideological and Political Education, as well as its development from the viewpoint of culture is to regards the culture as a special kind of means to understand and grasp the world.
