Culture is the silent education power! The folk culture of Spring Festival is a typical representative of Chinese traditional culture.It instill the therapy,mental,ethical,political education to the individual and the whole society in a subtle way,even invisible to passing on Chinese culture and displaying the national image.However,in reality,some subjective and objective factors restrict the due function,we need active response!The article selects this as the research perspective to contribute to the promotion of cultural education in the new era of China.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part:the origin and development,the main content and characteristic of Spring Festival culture,the Spring Festival culture originated from the ancient time of the old end large offerings and the New Year's prayer;It mainly refers to the Laba Rice Porridge Festival,the lunar year,the New Year's Eve,bumper year,the Lantern Festival.It shows characteristics:the participation of the broad subjects,rich content,be of educational and recreational,inheritance and change.The second part:the ideological and political education function of Chinese New Year culture.Apart from the perspective of theories,I also state the ideological and political education function of the Spring Festival culture from a practical point of view.The third part:the problems exposed during the education function of Chinese New Year culture and specific factors.During the Spring Festival culture,there are some problems:the ideological and political education situation become weak gradually,the connotation is increasingly weakened,the enthusiasm of participants descends.the problems relate to the individual,family,school,business and media.The four part:the countermeasures to effectively play the education function of Chinese New Year culture.Six countermeasures are proposed for problems and specific factors:First,the individual should build cultural consciousness and actively participate in the Spring Festival;Second,the family member's cultural memory needs to be strengthened;Third,the school could excavate and promote the cultural connotation of Spring Festival,also strengthen education;Fourth,the community ought to make Spring Festival culture return to life;Fifth,the media should set up the correct public opinion guide and optimize the cultural communication effect of the Spring Festival.Sixth,the government should provide a high quality cultural feast for the masses.
