Evolution Of The Development View Of The Communist Party Of China

Development is a contemporary world theme, and also the first important task of contemporary China even more.Since the Third Plenary Session of the 16th Party Central Committee proposed the scientific development view clearly and completely first time,the acdemia have made very great progress in studying on the scientific development view and development view of the party . However, the research on relations beween scientific development view and three generations' development view of the Communist Party of China as well as the grdual progress of the development view of the Communist Party of China leading collective ,etc. is still relatively weak , which need to be deepened further. Since the foundation of the state , development has been regarded as the theme of the Communist Party of China's all activities as a party in power. The gradual progress of the development view of the Communist Party of China has reflected our party's deepenning understanding of China's development problem and the ripe course of it day by day constantly as the biggest political party in this world . There are important theoretical and realistic meanings in the discussion of the evolution in development view of the Communist Party of China : It contributes to widenning the research field and vision of Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory , "Three Represents" important thought and the Communist Party of China's history;it helps us strengthen understanding contemporary China's scientific development view and deepen understanding the law of economic and social development, and on this basis, which can make us establish and implement the scientific development view firmly in an all-round way and realize the better and faster development of mordern China's economy and society . On the basis of probing into discussion the two concept-" developing" and "development view"- tentatively, this paper try to take the gradual progress of the development view abroad as the reference system and focus on analysing and combing the Communist Party of China leading collective's recognization and opinions on some important issues about development view since the foundation of the state such as " why want to develop, what be for development, how development ",etc.and summarizing the party's deepening understanding and the ripe historical process about development view day by day tentatively. It intends to draw some beneficial conclusions andenlightenments at last,which will draw lessons from existing research achievements at the same time. The full text divides into four parts to carry on the discussion altogether:First part development and development view. This part has probed into two conceptionss of development and development view mainly. "Development" while being so-called nowadays, can be interpreted as one country's or area's transformation from an undeveloped state to advanced developed state, which advance all-side social progress and realize the modernized historical course. "Development view" in this text means the cardinal understanding and attitude toward development problems. It mainly includes some important issues about development: " why want to develop "," what is development", "how to develop ",etc.Second part , the gradual progress of the development view abroad. The development view of the contemporary meaning appears after World War II, which go through four stages roughly :the "one dimension " view of only economic growth , the " two-dimentional " view of economic growth and social structure changes , the " three-dimension " view of sustainable development, and the " multidimensional and synthetical " view of regarding people as the centre of development. The gradual progress of development view abroad and the " trap of Latin America " in foreign developing practice provide us the valuable experience and lessons.The third part , the gradual progress of the development view of the Communist Party of China. This part is the main body of this paper which focus on analysing and combing the Communist Party of China leading collective's understanding and views on the important development issues such as " why want to develop, what is development, how to develop ",etc. since the foundation of the state comprehensively, and refining and summarizing the main content that Communist Party of China leading collective develops the view.
