ITresources have an essential effect on accelerating the process ofenterprise communication and centering competition, IT contractingservice is being a new trend for global business development.Contracting service is defined that organization hires externalspecialized service company to supply the organization with theinformation system or IT service implementation or managementstrategy. The enterprise can pay more attention to its own business bycontracting with others about the work it is not good at, so it will savemoney and improve work efficiency. This type of specialized contractingincludes IT Environment problem –solving scheme, IT AssetsManagement, daily supervision, maintenance, and optimization ofcomputer and network system, and supply customers with the unifiedinterface that multi suppliers'technique supports, and end users'software and hardware supports and other services, so that supplycustomers with a stable, high-efficient IT environment.
