The Research Of Plan The Economic Harmonious Development Of District And Country As A Whole In Yibin City

It raised a developing policy of people first and developing sustainable in all levels in the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC ). It also raised the Five Plan as a Whole and Five Insist. Further more, it also propounded that we will try to promote economic development and social progress, to emerge to boost people's all-round development and to build a well-off society in an all-round way. Plan the economic development of district as a whole was the important embodiment of the Five Plan as a Whole, was the important part of the task to build a well-off society in an-round way, was the important representation of insisting scientific concept of development.There are nine counties and one district in Yibin City. The differences of nature conditions, foundation equipments, geography positions, history civilizations, science and technology of these districts make great gap in economic structure, which result in the large imbalance in economic development and the duality economic structure was obvious. Therefore, the study of plan the economic harmonious development of district as a whole in Yibin can make great sense in promoting each region and the whole city economic development, and building a well-off society in an-round way.This paper has done the research of the economic development from its running status, industry structure, nature resources, foundation equipment, geography position etc. The advantages, disadvantages, characteristics and relationship have been expatiated upon the economic development of the each district and the Yibin City as a whole. Then the approach of how to develop the economy of every district according to the characteristics of each one was illustrated.
