Study On Development Stratagem In Yibin On New Situation

The conflict between economic development and population, resource, environment in our country are being acute increasingly due to traditional economy-increase mode, so as to, sustainable development of society and economy is threatened. In the light of "Five Plan as a Whole" and "Five Insisting", development policy of people first and sustainable development in all levels was put forward in the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC). Further more, it also propounded that we will try to promote economic development and social progress, to boost people's all-round development and to build a well-off society in an all-round way, which are with important and far-reaching significance to more inaugurate new complexion in socialism career with China feature.Since reform and opening, in Yibin, society and economy have rapidly developed, people's living in substance and culture have been improved greatly, and which have given rise to distinct effect on circumjacent regions. But, at the same time, the problems in society, economy, resource, and environment have appeared, which obstruct farther social and economic development.On new situation, scientific development view must be adopted in Yibin. For realizing harmonic and sustainable development between society, economy, resource, and environment, a whole, long-term, systemic, and all-round regional development stratagem must be constituted.
