On The Process And Enlightenment About Development Of The Agriculture Cooperation Economy In Our Country

Modernization has been the target for generations in our country to strive for. This article discusses the hard process during which the communist party of China has been researching the ways to realize the agricultural management and administration's modernization of our country. In the early years after the foundation of the people's republic of China, we copied the models of the Soviet by which the traditional-agriculture cooperative economy was viewed as the sole form of realizing the agricultural management and administration's modernization in our country. Then we carried out the movement of the traditional-agriculture cooperation and made it to an extreme by conducting the movement of the people's communist, which held the view of greatness and public ownership. The system of unity of the politics and society was continued more twenty years, which hindered the development of the production force and restricted the course of the agricultural management and administration's modernization. Since 1978, we have summarized the experiences and lessons of the development of agriculture in our country since the establishment of the peoples republic of China, and carried out the policy of reform and open up. We abolished the people of public society, and carry out the household responsibility system, and developed a variety of forms of cooperative economy which leads cooperative economy of our country to the road of modern-agriculture cooperative economy. A variety of forms of cooperative economy accelerate the development of economy in rural area. And it has been become an important form of realizing the agricultural management and administration's modernization of our country. In the process of establishing modem-agriculture cooperative economy, we should learn the advanced experiences of the development of modem-agriculture cooperative economy from the developed capitalist countries, make the production relations applicable to production force, reinforce the cause of science, technology and education, strengthen the agricultural laws. Only by these the modern-agriculture cooperative economy can be the important form of realizing the agricultural modernization in our country.
