Analysis On The Transition Of Foreign Trade Administration Institution In Guizhou Province

Institution is the regulation that restrains people's behaviours which involve in social, political and economic aspects. The transition of institution is the process in which the institution of higher efficiency replaces the lower one. The relationship between institution and foreign trade is rather interactive than stable, i.e. the establishment and replacement of trade institution promotes the development of foreign trade, whilst the development of foreign trade impels the demands for the replacement of trade institution.Since the open-up, in virtue of the nation's policy of open-up and economic institution reform, Guizhou Province has put great attention in the development of foreign trade, with the result of its foreign trade volume increasing distinctively, which in turn has stimulated its overall economic development. To an under-developed province as Guizhou Province, it is a rational choice to stimulate economic development through participating in the global division of labor and economic cooperation.
