Nowadays, as the globalization of economy is the main flow of world economy development, internationalization management and globalization development of modern enterprises becomes one of mutual topics of this world. Being up against the intensive competition of home market and under the great pressure from their own internationalization development, making for international market becomes the certain choice to China's enterprises. Currently, some big enterprises, which went abroad early, have their own scale for ten years lately, just like Changhong and Haier. China's enterprises, which invested abroad, are developing fast, but they are still the minority to be named with "Transnational Corporation". Comparing with the super transnational corporation as a typical developing country, China's enterprises are in a lower layer, showing with small scale, being short of advanced technology, management experience, fund and internationalization talents, so it is of challenge to research on the entry problems of international market for China's enterprises.After looking back some relevant theories and literature, this dissertation, which starts from some defects of the existing literature, with the core of entry modes of international market, analyzes five questions including why and when to enter, where and how to enter, what factors to detain entry, in order to reveal rules and grope for countermeasure. It elaborates the main motives on international market entry, including resource oriented, market seeking, technology advancement and efficiency oriented. Furthermore, it indicates that the entry of international market is not only once, but is a go round and round process that means continuous entry and continuous rectification. Then it establishes a dynamic model on the choice of international market entry modes. With the internationalization experience of China's enterprises, it analyzes the entry barriers consist of absolutely cost, differential products, government restraint, society culture, and strategic barriers. Then give some advice and countermeasures to china's enterprise about how to break through barriers and how to take a either step-by-step or spanning route.
