Nowadays, Multinational Corporations (MNCs) are being more and more important in the wave of world economy localization and have been a leading way for more countries to evolve into world economy. Facing world economic globalization and the opportunity and challenge of China's entry to WTO, Chinese enterprises should develop into MNCs rapidly, utilize the resources all over the world to the best and improve their competitive power in the world. Based on the main theories of MNCs'market entry mode, the paper focusing on the motivation of Chinese MNCs'market entry and the entry mode choice of Chinese MNCs. It is divided into five chapters. Chapter One offers the main theories of MNC. The theories of MNC contain investment motivation,investment conditions and investment advantages etc. The chapter analyses the theories of foreign market entry mode of MNC in detail. Chapter Two is about the general situation of Chinese MNCs. It concludes the definition of Chinese MNCs, the introduction of the four stages of Chinese MNCs and the existing problems of Chinese MNCs'market entry. Chapter Three is about the motivation of market entry of Chinese MNCs. The chapter analyses the motivation of Chinese MNCs'market entry from the common and special way respectively. Chapter Four offers the choice of market entry mode of Chinese MNCs. The chapter compares three traditional market entry modes, introduces two new trends of market entry modes and proposes some possible choices for Chinese MNCs'market entry modes. Chapter Five is about the countermeasures and suggestions. In order to solve the existing problems during Chinese MNCs'market entry, the chapter proposes some countermeasures and suggestions from macro and micro way respectively.
