In order to carry out sustainable development and long-term development strategy ofthe harmonious society that the Central Party Committee puts forward, we must protect the cultivated land, realize the sustainable utilization of land resource, perfect the quality safety system of agricultural products and strengthen the competitiveness of agricultural products in the domestic and international markets, thus realize the improvement of agriculture and increasement of peasants' income .Vegetable base are a part of the cultivated land, in order to produce the uncontaminated, good-quality and high-output green vegetables ,we must fully recognize the important function which vegetable produce base fertility and environmental quality play. So it is the prerequisite that utilize vegetable base resources rationally to carry on the appraisal of geology amount of vegetables. Appraisal result will offer scientific basis for choosing and building the vegetable base.This thesis takes vegetable base of Zhengzhou as a case,use spot-5 image through outside—investigation and lab analysis in door, using land use current map and the social and economic data. Under such support of the software as ArcView3.2 and MAPGIS6.5 etc., use its strong spatial analytical function of software to evaluate the space distribution situation of Zhengzhou vegetable base soil quality, as follows: Field Investigation: Investigation gathered 105 soil samples to the vegetable base in suburbs of Zhengzhou in the field in October 2003 .each sample use GPS's positioning and write down crop, irrigation, cultivation, vegetables of ground state.Lab analysis: the analytical project includes that particle composition,bulk density, organic matter, pH, available phosphorus , the total nitrogen, available potassium, available phosphorus,alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen, CEC, heavy metal element (Cd , Hg , Pb , As, Cr).Database establishment The design of vegetable database of Zhengzhou include input attitude data,editing and establishing spatial database and attitude database.Mapping data is tool for edited with the aid of ArcView3.2 and MPGIS6.5.The latter is the tool for editing and establishing of topology relation for point ,line and polygon. The attribute data included inputing analytical items,through the common item,spatial database can be joined with statistical database.Diversified change studies of the soils of the vegetable base: This study of the text are that land use change way cause reduction of soil area and soil type, it probe into the soil type distribute pattern and development trend because of land use change .Vegetable base soil quality evaluation include 2 part: namely soil fertility quality evaluation and soil environmental quality evaluation. The soil fertility quality evaluation has used 2 kinds of methods, The first kind of method adopts the level analysis to confirm theweight of every evaluation factor and verification if consistency. Utilize fertility standard of vegetables base to analytical data ,carry on division of the rank and according to rank assignment, work out their comprehensive fertility with the integrated fertility index method, the second one is comprehensive evaluation method, it choose certain parameter carry on standardization , work out the comprehensive fertility of studying area with Nemoro index method that modify. Soil environmental quality assessment adopts single factor pollution index method and Nemoro comprehensive index method, and adopt 2 kinds of standards to appraise separately, one is the soil environmental background value standard, another is a green vegetable and uncontamination production base environmental standard that the Ministry of Agriculture Issues. Standard , methods and results of two kinds of evaluation on soil fertility have carried on the contrast separately, the contrast has been carried on to the soil environmental quality assessment result of three kinds of standards .Evaluable result (1) Soil fertility: The suburb soil fertility level in Zhengzhou is middle ,except for the content of avabile phosphorus is lower, and other nutrients' content is medium-sized, tbe land fertility of constant fostering and apply fertilizer of production base as the vegetable base.(2)Soil environmental quality: On the whole the content is not high for 5 kinds of heavy metal in the soil, totally suitable for the planting of the uncontamination vegetables, but some sample have exceeded the standard of the green vegetables and part of them have already unsuitable planting of green vegetables. Also according to order and evaluate from city centre distance different kind, find the content of many kinds of heavy metallic elements receives the city of great impact in the soil, the specific element pollutes the phenomenon and has not shown this phenomenon yet in this investigation, await deep research. We can find out from soil environmental capacity that though heavy metal high , Cr exceed background worth many times, various kinds of other elements exceed background value phenomena.In order to evaluate reasonablely vegetable base rank of soil quality,and instruct produce practise of vegetables base, some suggestion that evaluation method of vegetable base in Agriculture Ministry should be modified, that is, use level analysis approach to the fertility index while going on weighting of confirmation, and it is comparatively reasonable that we should use data index that be weighted and standardized to count on fertilizer; some suggestion that should add a kind of some one-to-one evaluation of carrying on the plant and soil of plant samples in the environmental quality assessment, also plant and element not the same make a relevant analysis soil.The innovation of this thesis lies in adopting different methods or different standards to...
