Along with the increasing economic growth and improving opening level, competitions between enterprises are moving into new high gear and stress and challenge faced by enterprises are growing day after day. The phenomenon is characterized by the development of new products becoming more difficult, the competitiveness of products becoming weaker and the old methods impossible to cover the requirements of developments. The phenomenon are widely felt when author was in Haier. In order to direct the design of new products for Haier group, so author writes the thesis to study the problem that designing products couldn't go well.This article is attempting to discover the root of the problem by analyzing the internal and external environment. By analyzing the external economic environment I discover that the peculiar history of economy has generated the organization structure and flow of work that the enterprise has no awareness of creativity in developing new products, what I mentioned above is more explicit when analyzing Haier group. The external reason is intense competition, which compels Haier group to adjust his strategy. The question of finding new products appears clearer after adjusting of strategy.On the basis of the above analysis, by analyzing and finding a plan for the products, customers and relation between product and brand, I find out that discovering a proper product project is not a business that can be undertaken in a day: In the first place, it is a precise, scientific process which has approaches to follow. In the next place, It should be achieved by a professional team, rather than a temporary, curbstone even one or two person composed one. Meanwhile, I dig out it is the linchpin upon which having the ability of finding out new product projects quickly and accurately or not depends that following the leadership of brand value of an enterprise, and come up with clinical and rational opinions on the problems faced by Haier—how to find out new product projects.Finally, the author plots out a plan for building new channel of finding new products based on the actual state of product development in Haier. It should discover new channels of product projects and face the intense marketing campaign freely by transferring design keystone and redesigning the process development...
