Building Efficient Government In The Public Evaluation System

The public needs efficient government to own their well-being of peace and stability, social needs efficient government to maintain its order, and the government itself needs efficient government to continue its political life, too. Efficient government is the need of both government and the public. It is certain that government is the provider of public product and the public are the consumer of it. So we have to consider the evaluation of the public to decide a government efficient or not. According to the theory of re-inventing government in and out of our country and the specific reality of our country, this paper point out that the most efficient method to build efficient government is to build the public evaluation system. By the efficient feedback of the public evaluation information, promote the positive interaction between government and the public, improve the efficiency of government management, and increase the satisfaction of the public about government.
