Comparative Study On Anti-subsidy Legal Measures

Countervailing measures are the core of the legal system on subsidy and countervailing measures. Keeping strictly to countervailing measures, the author studies Agreement on Subsidy and Countervailing Measures as well as the relevant system of America and EEC, and gives some ideas helpful for perfecting China's countervailing measures.The paper consists of five chapters. Chapter I is a general presentation of subsidy and countervailing measures with emphasis on the definition and characteristics of subsidy and anti-subsidy; chapter II and III mainly discuss the substantive necessary conditions and procedures to take countervailing measures; chapter IV introduces four kinds of countervailing measures; chapter V looks through Chinese present situation concerning the countervailing measures and gives some detailed suggestions helpful for perfecting China's countervailing system finally.
