Development of modern technology contributed to an overwhelming impact on original legal order, ethic virtue, and clone procreation is the model. People frightened and concerned about the consequences brought by new technology. This essay analyzed and forecasted the social consequences of the human clone from the perspective of medicine , ethics , science technology , sociology and law , argued the challenge to our national civil law ethics of the human cloning and impact to the civil legal system, put forward a series of legal questions that the human cloning faced, analyzed challenge of human clone to human value , social variety , human evolution , marriage , social structure , morality and ethics, disscussed that science and technology must be governed and guided by ethic and basic value. What is more, it put. forward such view that the humanity should keep controlling over technique according to the effects of clone on the relationship between science and humanities , techniques and society. In a word , it is extremely necessary to keeping the essential tension of science and technology , law and ethics to new century.
