This paper deals with the marketing strategy of domestic cell phone, in this research, I introduce the development and the trend of our domestic cell phone marketing, and I detailed analysis the competition status, the competition structure and the demand of the marketing of the cell phone. At last I introduce the main marketing strategy of some home and abroad cell phone enterprises, such as Motorola, Nokia, Sumsung, Bird, TCL. Though the deeply analysis, I give some practicable suggestion of the marketing strategy of the domestic cell phone.In this paper, I introduce systematically the marketing strategy of domestic cell phone brand, and form the analysis of our cell phone market, we can see that our domestic cell phone enterprises should at the premise of guaranteeing the high quality to win the competition, and also should subdivide the market to provide the diverse products, supply the different services, and cultivate the satisfactory consume culture of cell phone. Besides, the strategy alliance also is an important measure to promote the marketing ability of domestic cell phone enterprises.
