Basic Theoretical Research In The Anti-momopoly Legislates Of Our Country

We learnt from the experience of market economic system construction of the countries all over the world that anti-momopoly is the important subject that every market economy country must face. Our country has already realized this during the process of setting up and perfecting socialist market economy system and has already launched the discussions of the theory and practice on this subject for many years. With the ripe and development of the market economy of our country especially after our joining of WTO, the demand for antitrust legal system of our country is more urgent in the face of the keen competition on the international market. So the process of the legislation of anti-momopoly of our country has been accelerated in recent years.But there is still obvious differences on a lot of basic theoretical questions, thus the process of the enactment of antitrust law of our country is restrained. Under this background, the thesis deeply analysed and explained some basic key problems such as the defining of monopoly, how to choose the controlling mode of monopoly, the basic theory and concrete management system of economic monopoly and administration monopoly, the establishment of the antitrust law enforcement agency etc. And then put forward an overall plan of the legislation of anti-monopoly which accords with the conditions and legal system traditional of our country.
