Nongovernmental Activities To Settle The Disputes And National Justice

Settlement of disputes is an important part of the process of social control. The whole society can be devided into two parts, namely Folk society and government (state). Correspondingly, there are two kind's of ways available to settle diputes,one is in governmental, and the other nongovernmental.Mogolian inhabitation area is a minor community/small-scale society, so a comprehensive research in the mechanism of the settlement of disputes in this area can be considered as a case of modernization of Chinese legal system and settlement of disputes in China society. The article has studied the state of settlement of disputes in Mongolian pastoral area, in an attempt to show the present conditions of the system of settlement of disputes in China, the relation between the governmental justice activities and nongovernmental activities to settle the disputes and what will happen when they meet each other.
